Our Leadership
Dr. Aaron Poynton, President—USA
A global executive, entrepreneur, and political strategist with experience in over 50 countries. As CEO of Omnipoynt Solutions and co-founder of A3 Global, he specializes in aerospace, defense, health, and future mobility. Dr. Poynton is a Fulbright Specialist, a Forbes Business Council member, and serves on the board of the UN Association in Washington, D.C.

Patrice Majondo-Mwamba, President—Africa
A former NFL player turned international business consultant, Patrice has a strong focus on connecting global entrepreneurs with African opportunities. He co-founded the Women United Foundation and has been active in politics, advocating for Africa’s youth and a transparent electoral process.
